Welcome on this site to learn photography.
The positive point: colors contrasting blue vs yellow
the bad points: the subject is too centered, and also you image is divided in 2 equal horizontal areas, and it(s hard to choose.
You hould crop the image to have the man at 1/3 of the top and of the right edge (that's the well known rule of the third), so remove half of the sky and half of the part betwen the person and the right edge of the picture and you will see that it is more powerfull (no more WS available today, sorry)
