MORNING AT CALAYO, a photo from Batangas, Southern Tagalog

Photographer's Note

This was taken at 7:20AM in the fishing village of Calayo, Batangas. These fishermen were on their way to sell their fishes at the affluent town of Punta Fuego, also in Batangas. I was on my morning walk when I spotted these fishermen who are all smiling and all seems to be in good spirit.

The morning was hazy but the sun is coming up from the mountains behind me. Calayo is a small fishing village with a nice beach. I already posted a lot of pictures from this charming village since I became a member of TE in December 2004.
