Photographer's Note

Called Papaya Falls, I don't know how it got that name coz I don't see any papaya near the place. This is the last water source before the start of the two hour of very steep ascend (45 degree to 90 degree) to the top of Mount Mariveles. Two hours is our pace but for beginners it could take 4 hours. The shot was taken handheld at 1/2 second that is why you notice the movement of the person. Located east of Manila, you can get here via a 3 hour bus bound for Bataan or via a 1 hour speedboat from the Cultural Center of the Philippines in Manila. Upon reaching the summit, you will get to see Manila Bay, the famous Corregidor Island, MOunt Samat and Mariveles town and its port.
