True meaning of Christmas, a photo from Manila, NCR

Photographer's Note

This morning, my company went to an orphanage to share our blessings to these kids. We do this every december, we prepared games, prizes, food and gifts to give out to these less fortunate kids. The girl on the left is holding a plastic bag full of grocery items and some other stuff like toys. Everybody else had their share.Its really amazing to see how simple things can bring big joy to their faces.

These kids were actually begging me to take a picture of them,calling my name "Kuya Jeff" (Kuya for Big Brother), I had a sticker on my shirt with my name on it.

It feels good to share and Im really glad that we do this once in a while.

The smile on these children's faces is the most powerful symbol of gratitude and happiness. What a wonderful way of celebrating Christmas...I'd really like that this kind of feelings would lead us every day of our life...to all children , everywhere...

only one point:crop the half head on the right side of the photo,it`s a bit distracting and has no sense there:)
