Photographer's Note
Old buildings fascinate me, the architecture and the craftsmanship of the great people who built them. The Paoay church is one of the old buildings i love to see. The building served not only as a fortress of faith but also as a stronghold of freedom during the Philippine revolution.

A really interesting building Dominic - perhaps the quality of the image is not as good as it could be but it was a great idea to use this dark sepia toning....something i like to use as well.
best wishes Kev

Very nice shot and great use of sepia colour. The photo looks a bit noisy and over-exposed in some areas but it is, anyway, a good way of showing us that beautiful old church. It would be very interesting to have some more info about the church. Well done.

Hi Dominic,
B&W worked perfect for this shot. The sky is a bit dull and a polariser might have helped in creating more contrast. Also, I wonder if a lower viewpoint would have helped in using the trail to drive your attention into the building.
Otherwise, a really nice picture.
TFS!
