I took this picture from one of the highest floors of "Russia Hotel" in the centre of Moscow.
Russia Hotel was one of the biggest hotels I have ever seen, with thousands of rooms (and looong ways to reach my own!).
It does not exist anymore.

So when was this taken ? I cannot find data in your photo information, it would be very useful !

I actually like very much the mood here, early evening (winter ?) with great soft colours and the mist. Its nice to see the rays going to the water and the composition is good, water, buildings, dark sky, with maybe a light tilt ? A little spot that could be cleaned in the upper right corner.

Yes, it is colder at -6 then -20, The less humidity there is, the better.
Here, the Inuits find Montreal much colder then in the artic, just because of the humidity.
Nice blue hour shot, showing a classical Moscow, which might not exist for a long time, the way they are destroying their city.
