Wow, Marianna... I already try to do picture in a concert without flash and I know it's very difficult. You did here very well and you catche d also a very nice expression in his face!
Good idea for the B/W too! Bravo!

Hello Marianna, nice to see you present a new photo. I think this is a very successful capture of the stage lighting - it is strongest in the center around his face, and gradually fades towards the borders of the frame, with still enough details present. Looks good in b&w, well done.

Great shot with no flash! Your photo in the B+W medium conveys a sense that the concert was an intimate one with not too many people. Makes it seem a lot more friendly than a number of concerts I have been to which all to impersonal and all about money making.

Not to say that this is wrong, but when I pay to go see an artist I want to feel something that I cannot get from just listening to an album.

I especially like the strong contrast and the diagonal in this Black and white composition because it makes the composition very dynamic.
