Hello Lyudmila,
I am very glad to see photos posted from my hometown, Novosibirsk.
I think you have very good light-management in this photo - snow is not easy to photograph, it can often look over-exposed. But you did a great job!
Those little orbs of falling snow add to the mood of the image, as well.
I would have probably tried to retouch (remove) the sign to the left of the sculpture and maybe, the wire in the right top corner of the photo. But it's not a big issue.
