Photographer's Note
This is 1 of the Singapore's Clubbing District, Mohd(Mohammed) Sultan. Crowds normally turn up on Wednesday, Friday or Saturdays. For those who had heard of Zouk, it is just a river across from Mohd Sultan. The brightly lited facade with a huge banner "It's now LEGAL"; There is the Singapore's 1st legalised bar-top dancing pub called, Coyote Ugly. Definetely the movement is inspired by the movie, Coyote Ugly.
Tech:
1 of the traditional methods, Cross-Screen Filter.
To produce stars out of prominent lighting fixtures.
Post-Processing:
Clone of excessive "rays".
Curves & Levels adjusted.
Color balance adjusted.
PS. Singapore is always lited with orange street lamps, therefore, the picture will seems a little yellowish.

Nicely grainy. I like the purple tint too. The seemingly misplaced orange lantern even adds a nice touch.

Good shot, like LL said, moody but very cool.
I tried compensating for the streetlamps using the WB modes, it works sometimes....

wooo....makes me feel cold too...but all the bright lights are making me warm again...maybe u should make it blur and make the background more white to represent coldness
