This is apparently the world's biggest ghost festival!
Everyone from the village of Dan Sai near the border of Laos dresses up as ghosts and get really really drunk. Lots of fun.
Post processing included some HDR.

So you were there too. I don't remember you, Well there were a lot of photographers there, This is a nice picture, with good perspective and gives a good report of this part of the event. I see you had to burn the road in a bit. The road came up white for em too, I also had to burn it in. Nice colour here, it was easy to get the color too livid. Most of mine are. I was there with (senk) he hasn't psoted any of his pictures yet either. Regards kevin

Hi Bob,

This is very beatiful for many reasons: I like a lot the closer sight of these masked men, the texture of the masks, its colors and strange forms are beautiful. It's emphasize too the depth of the scene. I like too the colors like paintings in the human groups at right and at the background (the color here make me remember some of great mexican wall-paintings). It's amazing the light! Thanks for this beautiful shot.
