Unfortunately, an area affected by the recent Tsunami event. This image was taken from another boat and depicts one of the hundreds of spectacular limestone outcrops dotted through out this region, with a private cruising yacht in the foreground.A beautiful, part of the world populated by magificent and friendly people.
Technical: Hand-held 24mm wide angle lens on Fuji Velvia, subsequently scanned. The low positioning of the boat required a little perspective adjustment in PS 7 to level out the horizon - an increase in saturation (+15) and unsharp mask applied to compensate for minor softness of the image, being taken from a moving boat.
