Photographer's Note
Another photo of Damnoen Saduak on a real rainy day. The sellers seemed really bored on that day!
Damnoen Saduak is surely one of the most famous floating markets in Asia. Many tourists go there everyday to watch the sellers selling their goods from their little boats. The place has surely lost its authenticity, but it's still an incredible and colourful place, so full of life, where we can spend a few hours watching the locals.

Hi Ana
interesting to hear you say how this famous market has lost its authenticity, i wonder when that happened, in the 80's perhaps? who knows. and I bet there are more of them with all the tourists right? Well, at least when it rains in Thailand it's most likely to be warm. They must still sell their good though, perhaps they're taking a break. fun shot, lots of visual interest here.
cheers

BOnjour Ana,
Amicalement

Hi Ana,
lovely market scene. I like the products which I suppose are bananas and something else... Nice that the sellers meet going the opposite directions. Quite an extraordinary scene. Fantastic capture,

Entretanto apresento-me vivendo em Oeiras. Cumprimentos. António Domingos.
