Photographer's Note
Here's the second of my floating market pictures. I was on a boat when I took this and apparently, I asked the "boatwoman" to stop for a while to keep my grasp steady. I like this scene because of the blue and green canvas on top and the light shining through with a subtle reflection on the water. As what I said in my first post of a floating market picture, this place is a photographer's utopia. I tried my best to give justice to the beautiful sceneries of Thailand's floating market.

I like it, interesting place, I hope to see it soon. the sun light is very strong, there is a high contrast and the middle part of the picture is overexposed, but I understand nothing could be done to avoid it ...but the composition and the scenery are nice, nice, original shot.

You did well to get the exposure right, because it seems like this was taken under difficult circumstances. Very interesting photo of a very interesting place. Well done!

That's wonderful, Manny. I like how the light softly falls through the green and blue sheets at the top, and the whole scenery as such is very intriguing and interesting. I would say given the difficult shooting conditions, you made the most out of this one. Well done!

A very interesting composition. I love the colours, especially the canvas - as you mentioned. A difficult shot - well captured.

Lovely. I think it's the same market I visited. Two of my photo are in the floating market theme. It's a bit dark, but the colors are still vivid. Well done.

I think the composition and framing works well. But the story of the pic, with these floating markets really calls for my interest.

indeed, photographers utopia, I understand. Overexposure and unsharpness are a bit disturbing to me, but I love the scenery , the colors adn your composition.

Another success. A single regret the sky slightly overexpose (I leave the care to the specialists to explain how to avoid this problem).
Manuel, your photos are always high-quality and the members of the site TE do not make a mistake there.
Congratulations.

Thank you Manny ! This must be a very typical scenery, because friends of mine who went to Thaïland told me a lot about these markets. But until now, I never saw what it looks like. All this variety of colors is so nice !
Of course there is an over-exposure on the sky, but who's gonna tell me how to avoid this ? I recently heard about a high speed obturation, but I do not know if it is efficient.

Good shot Manny.

Any image which can not be completed, for my part, it is surprising, I admires colours, installations, clothes which allow to pass the light. I appreciate a lot and leave to the others the technical side. Thank you!
Toute image ne pouvant être parfaite, pour ma part, elle est surprenante, j'admire les couleurs, les installations, les toiles qui laissent passer la lumière. J'apprécie beaucoup et laisse aux autres le côté technique. Merci!

I tried many shots of this kind of market but I could not get any good results because of all those tarps. I see maybe a little tilt. Beautiful colors. Good job Manny. Happy Hollidays.
