The Akha are among the pourest ethnic minorities and tend to resist into the Thai mainstream. They often cultivate opium for they own use but the Tai autorities try to make a stop on that practice.

Steeve, a very good one again from you.
Clear colours, good sharpness and texture, good composition.
The only thing I didn't like is the frame. That thiny red line takes my eyes somehow away from the photo.
Made a WS, can better explain what I meen.

Good character shot, Steeve. She somehow finds something to laugh about, despite her socio-economic status.

I also like the bright primary colours.

ok those teeth are nasty. the teeth dont do it for me at all. but the photo on the other hand. very well framed nicely done.

C'est un portrait pris sur le vif, et je le trouve plutôt réussi. Je pense que l'action en cours (ce qu'elle porte et comment elle le porte) était également interressante, ce morceau de bois que je distingue sur l'épaule et la bande de tissu sur le haut de la tête doivent faire partie du moyen de transport d'une marchandise... Je suis très curieux, n'est-ce pas ?

Grande foto, bela nota. Mas acho que você poderia nos mostrar mais sobre o momento da foto. Percebi que as pessoas estão com uma tábua nos ombros. Por que?

Ça semble lourd mais elle garde le sourire. C'est un très joli portrait Steeve. Les couleurs sont bien saturées.

Again you have managed to give us a amazing portrait Steeve. The colors are so vivid here, the expression on her face and the very close cropping all work to make a superb photograph.
