Photographer's Note

Barbados has some of the best beaches in the Caribbean, and so many of them for such a relatively small island. Sitting where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean, the coastline of Barbados is dramatically shaped by powerful natural forces. The east coast, facing the Atlantic is rugged and the beaches tend to be favored by surfers as the waves roll in. The south coast has some lovely little beaches and a delightful boardwalk. The west coast is more sheltered, facing onto the Caribbean sea, and boasts the longest, softest sandy beaches. The north of the island is dominated by dramatic cliffs, but there are a few hidden coves with secret little beaches to enjoy. Here are the best of them all.

Awesome white sand beach from Barbados. Those clouds look great against the blue sky, I guess you used polarizer? That boat looks very inviting.

The last time that I visited Barbados was in April 1975. The point of view is showing the details of the beautiful beach. The light is making the colours to stand out. Have a nice day.

What a marvel of beach, very fine sands and a good length, also almost without anyone, a joy to enjoy the sea almost without people. Very nice sky too.
A magnificent range of colors, in some tones, very attractive.

z tego co piszesz wynika ze bardzo trzeba uwazac na pore roku wybierajac sie w te okolice. Gwaltowne burze moga nieco zepsuc wakacje. Niektorzy uwazaja ze plaze sa nudne ale ja uwazam ze oprocz naturalnego piekna sa one swietnym sposobem zey odpoczac w szczegolnosci podrozujac z rodzina.
