Photographer's Note

We rented motorcycles in the town of Jaco and went riding in the montains around that area.

The small white spots that you can see in the hills are actually cows. This can give you an idea of the proportion of this place.

Georgeous hilly landscape. Partially shaded [by cloud in the sky] grassland makes it even better. Great picture.

What a lovely environment for motorcycles through the mountains, maybe not ideal for get defects! Splendid landscape, also you play excellent with sun and shadows, this gives a nice composition.

Curieux ces touches de rouge sur les collines et intéressant en même temps.

Toujours en pensant au chli con carne sur ton image sud américaine :-)) en fait à la fête de la morue on mange de la morue séchée ou panée avec des frites et de l'aïoli :-))) mais pour moi c'est une entrée alors je rajoute un tartare.. à 10 € on a le plat sans la boisson et quand il fait chaud !
Pour revenir à la photo, je la trouve interessante et de bonne qualité, elle apporte aussi des info sur la nature du sol et les parties découvertes par des pluies abondantes parfois.
Bien cadré pour un modelé bien saisi.

Hola Pablo. Quite the landscape you are showing here, I like the way in which the reddish portions shining through between the greenery offer this vivid color contrast and contribute to a rather delightful view. Good of you to mention that the white dots are cows, it really puts a whole new perception to this one.

Cows?? I thought that these are your motorcycles. Actually I remember that the story of Jurasic Park started in Costa Rica, and I imagine this place a living place for dinosaurs.

Hi Paul, A beautiful view over the rolling hills with the ridges well seen from this PoV. Nice capture of the contrast between the green land and the blue sky. The red patches on the hill have added extra colors to this scene. Well done.

Bon, j'arrête l'espagnol. Mes cours sont trop loin dans ma mémoire! Points blancs? Quels points blancs? Bon, j'ai besoin de lunettes moi! Non sérieusement, je les vois bien tes vaches. Moi, ce qui m'intrigue, ce sont les plaques rouges. C'est la couleur de la terre? Wow, ça devait être merveilleux de se promener dans ces montagnes en motocyclette! Je suis un brin envieuse! Bien invitant point de vue!
Bon, il y a une chose que je ne comprends pas. Bien oui, encore! Mais, pourquoi places-tu le Costa Rica en pleine Baie du Bengale? ;)

Une compo toute simple mais avec des couleurs magnifiques. Tu as bien fait de mentionner que ces points blancs étaient des vaches car sinon je ne l'aurais pas deviné! Ca donne effectivement une bonne échelle des lieux!

Ben je suis d'accord avec ma cousine la Lune, faut vraiment lire la note pour distinguer les vaches, c'est vrai que ca a l'air grand dis donc, en tout cas ce qui attire l'attention c'est pas les vaches mais ces taches rouges.

on a l'impresison que des "bunkers" sont installés sur ces collines, au milieu d'un golf geant.
j'aime bien la puissance des nuages etle contraste avec le le vert.

Je trouve ce paysage superbe, avec ses collines aux formes arrondies. Les couleurs sont etonnantes et parfaitement rendues. Le petit detail qui tue: la surface herbeuse qui se dechire ca et la pour nous laisser appercevoir le sol d'ocre rouge. Un pur bonheur photographique.

Looks like you had a fine holiday. I like your POV here and the clarity of the hills and foliage. The reddish spots really enhance and the hills have a velvety look. Good lighting and shadow effects. Well captured. All the best.
