Photographer's Note

We went to some places outside the hotel, in an excursion, to know the "real Cuba", according to the own words of our Cuban touristic guide.

First of all, I'd like to say that I didn't remove the electric wires because I wanted to show you everything.
There are a lot of information about Cuba here. I will try to be as brief as possible :-)

- Here we are in Ciego de Ávila downtown; it is the capital of the province with the same name.
- We can see Cuban people on the image – as you see, it is a multiracial country.
- Bicycles are very used. Trishaws (rickshaws) are very frequent as taxi vehicles.

What else we can see here?

- A stop sign: PARE
- In the corner of the building, we can read EL RÁPIDO: it is a restaurant McDonald-like... er... well, if we can say it.
