Photographer's Note
This small marine town has its charms, as well as its ruins. Nobody explains to me why these artifacts survive on the road. I want to think that they are new urban symbols in the heart of the city. For me, as a documentary maker, everything is interesting. As a communicator and student of the image, these elements point to a meta-language, cryptic, where the city itself speaks of its pains. The forms are still interesting even though the concept is not understandable by all.
