Photographer's Note

At the brook level, at the bottom of Emerald Falls, the brook rushes and ripples down rocks, flowing down to the river inside the preserved rain forest park. It is very hard to walk along the brook level because of the moss covered rocks. There are areas where there are wood bridges for crossing the brook but everything else is rough terrain. It is not an advisable tour for the physically handicapped and senior people who have a hard time walking.

I used a slow shutter speed to make the flow of water fluffy. Why do most photographers do that? Why not just freeze the movement of water instead of blurring it? Is it prettier? It is not natural!
