The volcano...., a photo from Masaya, South

Photographer's Note

One of the most impressive places to visit while in Nicaragua is surely the Masaya Volcano. Considered very active at the moment, the lava is now really visible. It can be visited under some security measures but it's really amazing at night.

I really have the impression that you found yourself somewhere deep in the crater of a volcano. But you seemed to have escaped :)
A short visit to the inner core of the earth?
That must have been an adventure.
