I saw this group of graduates, celebrating after their exams, if everyone passed, I don't know, but there was ambiance
Only a very bad rainy day to photograph.

These beautiful horses and elegant carriage give the trip a glamorous quality.
Romantic souls will certainly get their money's worth and will enjoy being driven around with this type of transport…
For some, according to the driver, dreams really do exist.
Each carriage can be opened or closed, a comfortable covered wagon for up to 18 people is at your disposal. depending on the weather gods. Our basic package consists of a carriage of your choice, driven by 2 Friesian horses and accompanied by an experienced driver.

Hi John,

The length of the road is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the trees, of the horses and of the carriage. The rain is givng a special mood to the scene. Have a nice day.

Hallo John,
Hopelijk zijn deze studenten geslaagd. Maar een examenperiode is een zodanig intense en veeleisende tijd dat het einde ervan altijd als aangenaam ervaren wordt.
De bomen vormen een fantastisch decor waarin de paardenkoets rijdt.
De regelmatige afstand waarop ze groeien en de lucht die we tussen de stammen door zien, geven een bepaald grafisch effect aan de foto.
Het wegdek is nog nat maar dat is natuurlijk niet te verwonderen met de julimaand die we gehad hebben.
Mooie foto met een frisgroene natuur.

Hello John,
Im Sweden high school graduates usually go round the town on the top of lorries, playing loud music and making a lot of noise, but the last two years this has been forbidden because of the pandemic. I wouldn't expect to meet any in the countryside like here. Horses are nicer than trucks and probably these vehicles are not so loud. It was a very grey and dull day but meeting this carriage was a nice experience and the green tones go well with the grey surroundings.

a marvelous image. I liked the way the trees are arranged around the road while we have the old cart and horses in evidence. nice sense of movement and the sky well occupied by the trees.

Interesantan pogled i trenutak, dobar tekst ...
Lep put sa drvoredom i konjima, dobro pokazano sa lepim boajma, kontrastom perspektivom i uhvacenim trenutkom.
Dobar rad sa lepom fotografijom u radionici.

A wonderful rural secluded sight where there is a reality to emphasise a sense of long journey with eye-drawing horse carriage amidst the dominating greenery hooking the eye. Lovely depth, perspective and I enjoyed your thoughtful composition.

It's great that such traditional ways of transport are available for special events. The straight road makes strong perspective. Row of trees all leaning to right is impressive.

Hello John, take away the white lines and maybe some of the tarmac, this would be a timeless scene!
The roads that you travel are often so straight, so you are often able to get a vanishing point as here.

Hi John,

I have only ever done one horse ride with a carriage at Jondaryan Woolshed in Qld, even though I saw dozens of opportunities to do so all around Europe. I guess children would enjoy it more, or newly weds looking for a special occasion. On a couple of rare occasions in Asia I used a horse and cart/ carriage to get from the bus station to the centre of town. Good sharpness and perspective. Tfs!

If not, are all these tall trees leaning by respect to salute the passage of a cowboy carriage in a pristine environment deprived of modern artifact for the real impression of a voyage back in time!!
As everywhere in your portfolio, the technical aspect is irreproachable!

Despite the bad weather they had some really good time. The photo itself - as per usual - obeys the rule of thirds. I like the tiny details, just like the masks of the participants of the event.

Hi John,
the wide angle lens resulted in a very nice effect. It feels so dynamic, almost moving.
The quality is as always brilliant! I like the repeated pattern of the tree and how they are leaning to the right.
The main TrekEarth gallery does not seem to work today.
I can enter separate member galleries but onlt the new photos. I hope this is not the end of TE.
