Hello Chris,
I can't make up my mind if this is a spontaneous piece of graffiti, partly covering the advert, or an officially commissioned wall painting. Maybe a bit of both. It's bright and funny in any case. There are lots of interesting paintings in the link too.

Bonjour Chris,

On voit très rarement ce genre de photo dans ta galerie et celle-ci ressort du lot car l'oeuvre est agressive dans ses formes et ses couleurs. Beau cadrage précis.
