The Gallery Behind An Autumnal Screen, a photo from Varna, East

The building in red brick you see behind the autumnal trees is the largest city gallery- a nice place to exhibit paintings and sculptures.
Actually,passing by there today I saw a buillboard advertising Varna as a candidate for a European Cultural Capital and this idea appeals to me very much.

It's stunning le leaves are always on the tree and are green. I our country the leaves are falling after becoming brown
Nice to see this difference. Hope this town will be the capital of culture. My town was the capital in 2004.

Last year it was Suceava or... Sorry, but what exactly Romanian town it was? It's a good and, as you said, appealing idea to make such a thing as cultural capital.
I'm living in permanent culture capital, it's a semi-official title of Petersburg, but I think that if such a thing was migrating it wouldn't be too bad. Many interesting places in Russia would be advertised and everything like that.
So EU is quite right in creating such a thing.

Very nice and peaceful, Valeria.
Those different shades of green are lovely to look at, good POV, perfect frame, all in all a fine shot in all its simplicity. Which is also an art in itself!

Hello Valerka,
My eyes were taken by the lovely shades of green, then I discover this was taken as late as November!
The fine old tree makes a great element in composition, framing the view to the halfway hidden house...
Fine contrasts and a good sense of depth!
