Me voilà de retour d'une semaine de vacances avec de nombreuses photos d'Italie,Grèce et Croatie.Ici une vue panoramique de Dubrovnik et sur ce magnifique navire de croisière qui termine son circuit.

Alors n la croisière était belle ? en tous cas , une vue magnifique de cette remarquable baie , avec l'énorme pauebot qui fait écho à la ville . Les couleurs sont superbes .
ca donne des envies de Méditerranée .

My best Congratulations to this beautiful composition Ghislaine!Really brilliant work.The POV you have found here provides us with delightful view over the Dubrovnik´s old town and the Lokrum island.The cruise ship is also nice addition to the whole scene.And of course colors-beauitful,vivid and so nice and strong saturated.They make the composition really unique and so picturesque.I hope you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful town as much as I did.

A magnificent vantage point has allowed you to compose a fine shot Ghislaine. The FG detail with the fresh greens contrasts so well with the beautiful blue of the sea. Dubrovik is seen in the context of the landscape and I love the way the spit of land and islands are visible right up to the horizon. The cruise ship adds good contrast and tells us something about the popularity of this beautiful coast. have a fine day Rosemary

hai scelto un buonissimo punto di vista per catturare questa meraviglia e ne hai fatto una composizione superba. C' e' grande profondita' e l' ottima nitidezza ci permette di ammirare la vista confortevolmente ed apprezzarne i dettagli. Esposizione ed illuminazione sono abilissime equilibrando le differenze di luce e colori ed esaltanto i contrasti accattivanti. L' atmosfera e' gradevolissima. Complimenti e grazie!

Salut Gigi,la prise de vue classique sur la ville de Dubrovnik,j'ai ete' la bas il y a 6 ans et je me souvien de ce corner tres joli depuis la route principale.Quelle chance avec la meteo,la journee' et la lumiere parfaite pour les meilleurs details et couleurs! Bentornata tra noi! Ci manchi lo sai, e spero ti sei divertita. Sono contentissima ad imparare che sei stata in vacanza in Croazia. Bellissima la foto, la nave é una protagonista importante qui, guidando gli occhi verso le scoglie, il mare blu-issimo e l'orizzonte. Complimenti cara mia, non vedo l'ora da vedere piú delle tue serie Balkano.

Gigi, thank you so very much for your kind words and keeping me and my family in your thoughts and prayers. As I try to get back into the mix of things here on TE, I read the critiques of my last two photos and find it very hard holding back tears. It's nice to have an extended family that hasn't even met me before, which makes you all even that more special to me.

Masterfully presented with superb BG and DOF. Colors and lighting are stunning and the clarity is spot on!! Great job here Gigi!! Love your POV!!

what a difference perspective makes.
We all know the town of Dubrovnik is larger than a cruise ship, but that cruise ship is is dwarfing everything in the scene.

Il me semblait bien avoir reconnu Dubrovnik ! La myriade de petites îles, à l'arrière-plan, le bateau de croisière, parfaitement placé, et le bleu, du ciel comme de la mer, forment un tableau typiquement méditerranéen. Le point de vue, en hauteur, est idéal !

For sure the big cruise-vessel draws most attention, but Dubrovnik is such a beautiful place, town and shore - that the big boat is just a beautiful complementary to the scenery.
Excellent allocated all parts of the pic. space. Bravo for a fantastic photo.
