Photographer's Note
The Thirty Years' War (1618–1648) was a series of wars principally fought in Central Europe, involving most of the countries of Europe. It was one of the longest and most destructive conflicts in European history, and one of the longest continuous wars in modern history. (wiki)
Anno Domini 1664. was the year of the foundation of “Royal Cravattes”, croatian light cavalry. They where attached to the French army and they fought on the battlefields of Europe.
Today they are turistic attraction.
It was perfect sunny day, cavalry and infantry was on the sights, shouting orders and preparing weapons. Red banner was flauting in the air. Everybody can hear their steps...steping into a battle.
