Aile du Roi Louis XV

Sous Louis XV, la construction de nouveaux logements pour la Cour entraine d’importantes démolitions.
C’est ainsi qu’est construite une nouvelle aile fermant la cour des Princes, que la fameuse galerie d’Ulysse est mise à bas pour être remplacée par l’aile de Gabriel, que la destruction du pavillon des Poëles permet la construction du Gros Pavillon.

Lovely long perspective along this wing of the palace. I like the repeating motifs of the chimneys set against the clear blue sky. Very good management of the light and shadow contrasts with fine colours and clarity.

L'étendue de la cour créé de la profondeur. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails de cette partie du château de Fontainebleau. Le lumière rehausse la beauté des couleurs. Bonne journée.

Bonjour Philippe,

Quel beau château. J'y ai passé une très belle journée. J'ai pris la visite guidée et cela valait la peine moi qui n'aime pas les groupes. Belle ligne de fuite et beau contrôle de la lumière très forte.

Beautiful architecture especially its repetitive shapes; I love the layout with good contribution of horizontal and vertical lines which makes the compo more stronger. That marriage of colour to blue sky is the icing on the cake. Simply graceful to view, Congrats.

imponente diagonale fatta con la lunga facciata ricca si finestre.
Tutte quelle aperture, altre che a funzionare per l'illuminazione, alleggeriscono la facciata.
