2/01/05. For the first time, I use a Nikon D70 (in automatic way).It's the big wheel near Concorde Place from the Tuilerie's Garden.

j'aime le contraste des couleurs.Evocation des sensations:le chaud,le froid.... le jour qui s'enfuit et la nuit qui est sur ses talons.La neutralité du métal habillé de disques de lumière.
Petite critique . Dommage que la statue se trouve centrée.. le petit air penché de la vieille dame n'est pas gênant...

Bien vu , le ciel est puissant comme l'angle choisit , j'aime la superposition de la statue et de la roue .

This one is fantastic. I really love this photo..all the colors, that fantastic sky, the lights in the weell. Just perfect. I just think the right side of the weel could be inside the photo.Fantstic work

This is your second "Shot" that I consider for "Critique". Very interesting frame and combination in a low light definition. Here you have a musical melody in a inspirational and recreative end of day, with a great imagination and composition. Good work Guimard!

tres bien réussi la définition est tres belle les couleurs aussi mais pour moi le cadrage manque un peut j'aurait aimé voire cadré plus bas pour voire la roue au comlet ,mais tres belle photo!!!

C'est du grand art et pour un coup d'essais c'est vraiment bien, même plus, très bien !
il y a un super cadrage et les couleurs sont très belles.

Truly a wonderful light and a great view over Paris - I like the sight of the Eifel in the background with sunset light - I wonder if you used fillin flash - thanks Jacques.

Les couleurs du ciel sont magnifiques, et la superposition des monuments historiques avec la grande roue est très réussie.

On a tous essayé de photographié cette grande roue. mais là c'est parfait. Avec la statue devant et le ciel superbe derriere.
C'est tout simplement parfait.

J'ai bien ce plan un peu décalé, je trouve qu'il va plutôt bien avec la direction de la statue, un peu plus sur la gauche et on aurait cru qu'elle faisait tourner la roue comme un hamster :-)))
J'ai posté un tout petit WS.

Bien vu cette image, jolie lumière et bonne composition ! est ce que la roue était en mouvement ? si oui je pense que j'aurai essayé de tenter un temps de pause plus long afin d'obtenir un flou de mouvement sur cette dernière

Excellent, superbe !... Et dire que je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion d'essayer mon D70 de nuit, quand je vois ça, je trépigne... ;-)

Très belle composition, avec de beaux détails d'arrière-plan et une magnifique lumière, une fois encore. Bravo Jacques !!

I saw this one between the rest. Very impressive picture. I like the atmosphere uou created.
Maybe it would have been nicer if the tower and statue were more to the right bu that is not easy to organise. ;-)

Wow very beautiful composition Jacques. I like the inclusion of the statue in front of the wheel. Interesting it would have been to capture the wheel in motion. Good shot!!!
