I seem always to be drawn to B/W images, and here is a great one! The exposure is very good (somewhat darker than may be considered "normal", but that adds a sense of mystery, even gloom, to the scene). Did you under-expose by 1/2 stop, or lower the exposure of a RAW file? The sky is made very dramatic (locally burned in even further?). The overall effect is of drama and suspense, though the scene may have been ordinarily beautiful: you've made something else - and more - of it.

La météo ne donne pas trop envie d'aller marcher en montagne, mais l'avantage, pour le photographe, c'est que le ciel apporte une dimension dramatique à la composition, renforcée par le noir et blanc. Cette photo me fait penser à celle que tu avais prise l'an passé, depuis un endroit similaire, et qui, je crois, avait été sélectionnée pour les RPC... Bien vu !
