In the Raspes, Brousse-le-Château

Tarn river and castle.
Village, church and castle.

The Brousse castle, of the 9th 12th 16th centuries, the old stronghold of Arpajon, in Brousse-le-Château, one of the most beautiful villages of France.
It is one of the fortresses best preserved of Rouergue. The enclosure is almost intact.

_ The RASPES, In the south of the plateau of Lévezou, are other wild canyon of the TARN river, on forty kilometers, from Saint-Rome-de-Tarn to Brousse-le-Château.

_ The TARN river, takes its source to approximately 1600 m of altitude, north of hamlet of the Hôspital, not far from the peak Cassini, on the slopes of Mount-Lozère, the territory of the commune of le Pont-de-Montvert, and is thrown after 380 km of course in the Garonne close to Castelsarrasin, in Tarn-et-Garonne.

Brousse-le-Château.

Brousse-le-Château is a french commune, located in the department of Aveyron of the Midi-Pyrénées area, populated of 163 Broussois in 1999, distributed out of 15 km², that is to say 11 hab./km².

Located over a rocky outcrop, in the Raspes country, the village, one of the most beautiful villages of France, dominates the rivers Alrance and Tarn.

Hello Joël,
A very attractive composition of this riverside village with its all dominating castle. The point of view is ell chosen, putting everything in context. Light, colours and sharpness are all very good here. Aveyron is not a département I know very well, I must put it on my list of places to visit. Thanks for the sharing. Enjoy your week.

This is a well composed shot of this fine chateau. The off center placement of the chateau works well with the river leading the eye past the main subject. The dirt road leads the eye into the shot nicely while the trees frame the chateau. The lighting and colors are great as is the photo's sharpness.

Bonjour Joël,

Le château est bien placé dans le cadrage. La prise de vue envoie mon regard le long de la rivière vers les montagnes ce qui donne de la profondeur à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails et les couleurs de l'architecture du château de Brousse. La bonne luminosité met en valeur les couleurs de l'image.

grâce à tes photos je suis en train de découvrir la merveille de cette zone de la France qui n'ai jamais visité et que tu montres avec amour passionné. La vue de cette photo est fascinante, avec le château qui domine le fleuve, et photographiée par un POV qu'il donne enchantement spécial au paysage. Couleurs magnifiques, bravo!

I love these intimate photos. Very nicely kontruált viewpoint. A nice counterpoint. A beautiful sight. The gray-brown gothic castle is very suited to the environment. The sky is blue and the lake is well-matches. Calm atmosphere of the whole picture. Great lights and contrasts. Of course, what is it different? :-)

Le petit ruisseau coule dans la rivière et guide le regard vers le château sur les hauteurs ansi que ses dépendances.
La lumière est très belle et le point de vue excellent.

Bonjour Joël,

J'apprécie beaucoup l'équilibre de cette image avec une part importante réservée au château et au hameau qui l'entoure et une part tout aussi importante réservée à la rivière qui ouvre une belle persepctive. cet équilibre dans la composition se retrouve dans l'équilibre lui aussi harmonieux entre les trois tons dominants de la photo.

J'adore cette petite place le long du fleuve avec son architecture ancienne bien conservée.
Une villa est un plaisir à voir et en avant, le silence et la sérénité.
Le WS complètent bien l'image principale et photos sont excellentes aussi.

Salut Joel.
Je finis de revenir de quelques jours de vacances et déjà nous jouissons de beaux paysages comme celui-là de cette jolie composition.
Le lieu semble enchanteur avec le château et des maisons anciennes(antiques) en montant par la colline, et un attrait a marché près du bord de la rivière c'est une invitation au relax et à jouir de la nature.
Comme toujours un travail a magnifié en ce qui concerne un éclat, une lumière et une couleur, avec une note excellente de renseignements.
