Splashing near the famous towers of La Rochelle port.
Some steps ahead, a shuttle service allow you to go to the other bank, which by walk would take you a long time ! The tower you can see on this shot is the "tour Saint-Nicolas", which is built on the south bank of the port, facing the "tour de la Chaîne", from where this shot was taken. Formely, a chain was tighted every night between those two towers, to forbid accessing into the port. We don't know exactly when the Saint-Nicoas tower was built, the only thing we are sure : it was near the XIVe century. It is 36 meters tall (118 feets ?). You can visit it, but it's not free !

I like the "dynamic" look of this shot, and the moment which is setted in it. The colors aspect, very interessant to my mind on the original render (due to the FP4+ film), lost something of its quality when I scanned it. Pity...

Point de vue très interessant Pascal. On a l'impression que tu as du prendre une douche en prennant la photo. Bonne utilisation du noir et blanc. J'aime l'effet de mouvement crée par l'eau qui eclabousse. Bonne note également.

Cela illustre bien la note et le NB convient bien ; en revanche, je trouve que c'est pas très net? sans doute que tu aurais dû faire une prof. de champ courte de sorte que le lointain soit encore plus flou. A part ça, la photo est très dynamique avec cette vague figée définitivement et bien cadrée en hauteur. :-))

Plein d'éléments interessants dans la composition, bien disposés et beaux, l'eau crée la dynamique, joli coup d'oeil.
La qualité globale sur l'ecran me semble moyenne, par contre c'est vraiment un sujet à utiliser du Noir&Blanc

Un cadrage audacieux et qui fonctionne bien pour moi, dynamique avec cette vague attrapée juste au bon moment en contraste avec la barrière métallique. Très sympa et bien vu, la qualité est ce qu'elle est mais tu t'es expliqué, et ça ne me choque pas tant que ça.
