Wow, what a light Jean Marie! Combined with the golden tones and the interesting geometrical pattern it makes a great shot, very well done! Maybe I would crop a bit of the foreground since it is a little blurred, a question of taste of course.

Wonderful view from the autumn vineyards, Jean Marie. The photo succeeds in many ways - as a graphical piece with all the lines and shapes that are present, as a good example of long DOF that conveys quite a feeling of depth, and finally as a good rendition of the autumn colors and the special light at this time of year. The tree in the upper left corner is a nice compositional detail. Well done.

Un superbe jeu de couleurs, de lumières et de formes. Les perspectives sont vraiment géniales. Des ombres généreuses, des endroits très contrastés, le tout dans une lumière chaude apaisante. Vraiment super Jean-Marie !

Au premier abord, c'est surtout les couleurs pétantes qui attirent l'oeil sur cette photo. Elles sont magnifiques. Mais ensuite, je trouve qu'il y a beaucoup de recherche dans le choix de la perspective et dans la composition globale, avec ces lignes et ces jeux de lumière. Vraiment bien joué !

On ne s'en lasse décidément pas de ces paysages champenois !
J'aime le cadrage serré pour éliminer l'horizon et faire zigzaguer le regard sur les chemins de vignes du fond.
Le contraste est pour moi peut-être un peu trop marqué entre les couleurs saturées et le fond dans l'ombre.

Cadrage parfait Jean-Marie pour valoriser ces vignes champenoises. J'aime l'effet joué par la lumière et les ombres sur les parcelles qui semblent disposées anarchiquement.

This is how I remember France. This is really a nice compostion with nice colors, but personally I think it 's a shame that there wasn't more light on the last hills. But somehow with the yellow spot it in the middle, it also give a good picture.

Your composition clearly focuses on the vineyard - only its patterns and colors, no sky or anything else. I like that, and I think you succeeded with a beautiful "portrait" of the vineyard. Your photo is full of variety, every layer is different from the others. Great work, my compliments!

Fantastic light Jean Marie, this is an homage to the autumn! Excellent, i like particulary the light and the pattern composed from vineyards: is like a fine textile material (prince of Wales...)!
Good idea to crop out the sky, so the attention is concentrated upon the main subject.

Le sujet est classique mais son graphisme sous cet angle est superbe. Le moment de la prise de vue est bien choisi, la lumière rasante est du plus bel effet. Super !

ça ce n'est pas le petit carré de vigne de par chez nous, c'est déjà l'industrie de la vendange.
Cela créée un superbe effet graphique, une mosaïque de vigne.

La lumière est vraiment belle et met particulièrement bien en valeur les couleurs automnales.
Le jeu de lignes est intéressant. Dommage qu'une partie de l'image soit dans l'ombre ;)

bonjour, jean. it's always a pleasure to come back to your landscape shots. very warm feeling from this one: beautiful light and colors. and i love the play of patterns in the background. nice contrast of textures between the organized rows in the background and the seemingly "wilder" surface in the foreground. i like how the tree shadow points directly at the brightest spot in your composition. well seen and presented.
