A wonderful light, and a degrading contrast from foreground to infinity.
The boat seems coming from the past into the picture.
A vert beautiful result.

Hi Myriam,

Love the shot: the old style boat adds to the eerie atmosphere. I might have cropped the photo to remove the water at the bottom as I find it a bit distracting.

Myriam,

Beautiful shot, and the elements of the composition are awesome. The sailing ship and the light house evoke an old age but the ship has a wake and no sail hung so it is under power. Silhouett is crisp and the muted colors are inspired. Well seen and captured.

Bonjour Myriam,
Une très belle composition toute en contre jour avec des jolies teintes en arrière plan. Cet arrière plan uniforme permet aux ombrez de bien s'en détachées et permet d'apprécier le découpage tant de la bouée que du bateau et ses multiples mats et cordages. Très joli travail!

Comme tu l'as capté, il est mangigiquer, on dirait qu'il ressort d'un compte de fée, tout en douceur avec le phare et son sommet qui penche, génial, et les beau rocher noir qui donne une touche et du contraste, superbe.

Superbe atmosphère avec ce fameux trois mâts fin comme un oiseau hisse et ho ! qui arrive tel un bateau fantôme dans les eaux brumeuses de Roscoff !

I cant call it exactly fog but there is something mysterious about this photo and the moment therefore.maybe the weather conditions were not at desired level but it has given a unique look on the photo.
