Photographer's Note
This photo was taken from inside the Berliner S-Bahn from Alexanderplatz going to Friedrichsfelde (or Zoologischer Garten) in 1995 showing the partially wrapped Reichstag as an Architecture Art or Site Art of Cristophe and Jean-Claude.
Here I opened the doors just slightly while the train was moving, this is actually a "verboten" act, to get a view of the process, you can see the fabric just hanging there on the facade of the building.
In the foreground you will still see a portion of the Berlin Wall as seen from the "East" side which has been removed already.
My apologies for the quality of the post, I tried as best as i can to restore it and make at least most 'appealing' as possible.

Really interesting angle. Thanks to the slightly open doors only the Reichstag can be seen clearly. I like the gritty feel to the picture so the quality is no issue. The b/w really brings out the contrasts within the picture as well.

Hello Alex
a very clever framing (frame in frame) which adds both a subtle and an offbeat touch to this image. This composition really matches Christo's work.
Congrats
Emmanuel
