Photographer's Note

I publish this capture though its quality is limited. It shows an interesting phenomenon:

The German Wadden Sea is a UNESCO world nature heritage due to the richness and complexity of its life. These are the tidal flats off Cuxhaven, looking towards Neuwerk island. The island itself is real and inhabited by 44 persons, the reflections below seem to indicate water where at the given time of low tide was none while the foreground shows real water pools. Neuwerk can be reached by tractor or horse-drawn cart.

It is remarkable that the island of Neuwerk belongs to the free hanseatic city of Hamburg, 120 kms away as the crow flies, while the complete coast belongs to Lower Saxony.
