Photographer's Note
This is a part of the old part of Chalkis. A small road with style and color. It's another shot using my new polarizer (for my friend PixelTerror: yes, it was very bright moment and the sun was strong but not strong enough).
I take the text from my first relative photo "Chalkis - The old city":
This photo is from a alley of the Chalkis' old city. This area (if you exclude the car and the tv antennas) has not change too much the last 70 years! It has at the present time old houses from the years between 1920-1940 and of course, houses and buildings from the decades of 1950-1960!
The old city located between the old Hebraic district (Ebraiika) and the district of Saint Paraskevi who is the homonymous church, very near at the harbor of the city. At Saint Paraskevi was my fathers parental house, opposite the church!
I love this area, because, doing a walk here is like walking to the "live" neighborhoods of the city, at least 40 years ago!

Amazing clarity in this perspective street shot, Mpampis, a sunny view with good contrast handeling.
