As many people here already know from me : I don't like people in a picture only when they are useful....
The, for us, unknown lady is useful, she is at the right place, even in a line with the rocks.
And you know what ? The horizon is straight so you did not only have an eye on the woman:-))

in this photo, in terms of composition, it was really important that the women did not interfere with the horizon line - her head is just directly below it giving a clean straight line across the frame.
lovely subject too.
