or Black bullet panoramic view of the beach,this it's local name by the natives.

The black pebbles are the main characteristic of the beach with the clear and transparent sea waters to complete the whole image and the beauty of the place.

The pebbles are strictly forbidden to move away from the beach.

Emporeios or Black Volia (Bullet).

Black Volia (Bullet) beach is found at southern department of island, 5 km from Pyrgi village.It is one from the more beautiful and more cosmopolitan beaches of island, that simultaneously constitute place of interest while its big black pebbles resulted from explosion of volcano that is found nearby at the prehistoric region.
Concretely exist three beaches, the one besides to the other,with the same name. Their waters are spotless and crystal. Also it is deep with dark blue colour because the black pebbles. The around region of is the port of Pyrgi village.Exist a lot of rural residences and one small port with fishing boats. Also exist rented rooms,few cafeterias as well as fish-tavern that offer fresh seafoods.
