Kavala, Northern Greece.

In fact, it could be anywhere where the urgent need for shelter comes before planning and aesthetic principles of urbanism. This "modern" part of Kavala is in deep contrast with the old quarters looking the Aegean Sea.

The hint: Crop any part of the picture and paste it elsewhere in the picture. You'll see that the chaotic harmony will not change.

Hi Erdem,
Its truly a chaotic situtation created by man. The photo reflects the need of planning. However those cities that have grow during years and years have a lot of charm with alleys and unexpected posibilities!

By choosing a B&W finish the buildings appear to blend in with each other and this helps to illustrate your theme of urban chaos. There is a sense of abstract about this image. Well seen and well captured.
