Hello Danos,
It really is a beautiful corner with nice pastel colours for the architecture and some fine, appealing flowers. The bike is a nice detail as well. The light is excellent, very well handled and I like the play of light and shadow.

I agree that this is a charming building. The architecture is nice and the pink frieze under the roof gives it a nice touch. The tree with red flowers provides a wonderful bright element to the composition.

Corner POV which its beauty was enhanced by a partially shadows cast and of course by objects collected on the scene.
The tree with red flowers, the sunlight through the windows shown the chairs inside, the bicycles and fine blue sky above.

The tree is helping to frame the building. The point of view is showing a double perspective of the architecture of the building. The light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.
