Agria port view
The village Agria is located on the northeast coast of the Pagasitikos Gulf, very close to Volos (only 8km). To be more precise it does not constitute a village, but a city, given that its residents are about 10,000. In the past, Agria used to be the port of Drakeia and Agios Lavrentios, where the production of oil and olives of the area was taken on cargo.

During the Turkish occupation, and due to the increase of production, significant works of infrastructure were made in the area, among which storerooms for goods, a jetty, a customs house, and therefore over the years Agria flourished significantly.

Hello Costantino,
It looks like you had a nice day, but perhaps a bit windy. There are some waves even in the well protected port. They make the photo look bright and lively. The fine light is well captured, along with attractive colours. You did well to include the tree, and I like the diagonals created by the quay, bench and boats.

Dear friend, i thought you had forgotten me, you didn t write to me for a long time, don t hesitate :). The bench invites the visitor to sit and gaze at the port activity. This is a peaceful place where many boats are moored. It is protected from the waves by a rip rap. Fine colors, good image quality, instructive photo note, regards.

A good vertical composition to show the port and the lines of small boats on either side of the blue water. It was a lovely sunny day. Well captured.

lovely harbour scene here.
The bench frames the view on one side and tree branches on another.
Boats make a pleasant repeated motif. And there seem to be more of them in the distance.
