Hi, Sifis
I was attracted by your compo with the nice green of the water and the ground view of the shot, and now i see the subject.
So the critique is that the cute little doggie is near invisible in the thumbnail, and mostly because his head is "eaten" by the black of the plastic ears.
That's too bad, but i am glad i opened it, it's a very funny image, and the crispness of the colors very pleasing and refreshing in this "dog's life" image.

Hi Sifis, the colors and the beauty of the water is incredible, very nice low point of view, it would make a very nice photo even with out the dog, but maybe placed in the back the dog would have been more visible. Anyway this is a very pleasant picture, great landscape in the back, very sharp, well done.

Very funny photo made better by the impressive quality of the sharp foreground water highlights

A funny photo, but perhaps would better more near of the dogs (here you don't need the sky or the water).
And, it's true. The "real" dog is behind a shadow and is a little difficult see the dog.

Kali spera Sifis, glad to see you posting again! I love the way the water is rendered here - so Mediterranean, so bright so translucent - great. Makes me long for these waters. But the thing that definitely makes this shot is the dog on dog situation here. Very funny & well captured. It brought a bright smile to my face! Xcellent work.
Regards from Rotterdam, Bert.

Good thing his buddy floats, as that doggy looks a bit uneasy. Fantastic colors and great control of the lighting and reflection.

Great exposure, funny and friendly. The composition pulled me in, but now I enjoy the full size version in a different way. Excellent clarity

This feels almost like it could be one of those iconic images if a few things were different. First of all the colours could be changed slightly to give a more 50s/60s feel. The next thing is the position of the dog on the dog, there should be a clear silhouette- perhaps sitting upright.
The reason I think this is because the strength of this shot lies in the surreal scene presented of a floating dog and a real dog with goggles amid this lunar background. There is too much that is 'weird' for us to dismiss this, even though I'm going to have to add the people to the list- they don't belong i think. Anyway, I really like the idea behind this, even if Rover wasn't to happy about wearing goggles.

Πόσο μου έχουν λείψει τα κρυστάλλινα νερά της Χαλκιδικής. Αυτό μου θυμίζει η όμορφη φωτογραφία σου.

Found this from ElSato's theme.
It is funny and absurd, fits perfectly my sense of humour. And it's colurful and sunny.
I hope the dog was there voluntarily.
To my favourites.

Bonjour Sifis,
Bravo pour ce cliché.
Je ne sais pas comment tu a pu mettre en place le chien sur la bouée ainsi que les lunettes sur sa tete. C'est déja un véritable exploit !!!!! :-)
L'association chien bouée est trés amusante.
Merci
Sylvain
