Photographer's Note
have you ever seen such a road sign? Strange enough, they were divers. :)
Diving in Silfra fissure is an experience not to be missed by any diver, as with its crystal clear glacial water and exceptional visibility it offers a magnificent diving experience, in Thingvellir National Park.
The tour starts with a drive to Thingvellir National Park, the home to the world’s oldest parliaments and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Silfra fissure is in lake Thingvallavatn and is situated between the continental plates of America and Europe. It has frequently been rated as one of the top five dive sites in the world and is therefore the ultimate tour for any diver.
Silfra fissure is filled with crystal clear volcanic water that has been filtered over decades by Iceland’s volcanic basaltic rock. On the tour, divers have the opportunity to explore the four main parts of Silfra; the big crack, the hall, the cathedral and Silfra Lagoon. As Silfra is well known for its exceptional underwater visibility of up to 120 meters, the tour offers an unique opportunity to explore the magical nature of Iceland, from below the surface. I am a bit adventurous but not so much to dive in the icy water (2 deg all the year round).

Hello Malgo,
Another nice picturepack with those 3 wintery landscapes.
Each of them taken with good pov and sharpness.
Of course the road sign and those diver palets on that snowy landscape creates a top paradox.
Many interesting and usefull notes as well.
TFS and have a nice weekend

Hello Malgo,
Excellent collage featuring these intrepid divers; not the sort of activity I would wish to take part in but you have to admire them. All nicely illuminated and with that superb blue sky.
Malaysia is interesting but I think you would find it a bit too pedestrian ;-)

Hello Malgo,
A nice series of photos telling the story of the divers crossing the road. It was a beautifully sunny day, so I am a bit surprised you didn't take the chance to join them. You like to swim, don't you? At least you got some photos of lovely light and colours.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Malgo,
A really cool road sign, but oh my! These are no conditions to be diving, are they? All this snow and ice, but there seem to be quite a few people who are enthusiastic about it. A good photo of the divers on their way in this wonderful, vast snowy landscape.

Ciao Malgo. I went to see the link and after seeing the few photos available, I think you did well to curb your desire for adventure, avoiding to immerse yourself in the icy water. The show is quite disappointing, only water and rocks and no fish, definitely a warmer snorkeling in the tropics is better ... eheheh .. But your collage is undoubtedly sensational, unique photos that put cold just to look at them, and the quality it's excellent. Have a nice Sunday and thanks,Luciano

Hi Malgo,
For sure an unusual road sign of the intrepid winter divers. Tfs. Probably the oddest one in Australia is crabs crossing the road on Christmas Island in the Indian Ocean. Or the cassowaries at Mission Beach.

Dear Malgo,
You show us some real curiosity here, that's not a sign I see everyday here in Miskolc. :)
Best Wishes,
Gy.

Hello Malgo,
A little bit cold to a dive in this cold water.
But again a beautiful picture, but again wintery image.
Pleasant panorama view to look at.
Nice perspective and depth picture.
Very well done, TFS.
Have a nice day,
John.

Hello Malgo,
Wonderful series with these crossing divers. Good that you were warned by the sign, otherwise you would be shocked by these frogmen.
I understand why you put them on top of each other, but I still prever to see them full screen as separate photos.
Excellent observation !
Have a good week, groet Rob

Hello Malgo, these three shots made me smile, especially 1 and 2! And that road sign! Never seen anything like it.
Thank you for sharing, but I will not be rushing to join in the experience.
