The Cliffs of Moher are located at the southwestern edge of the Burren region in County Clare, Ireland. They rise 120 metres (390 ft) above the Atlantic Ocean at Hag's Head, and reach their maximum height of 214 metres (702 ft) just north of O'Brien's Tower, eight kilometres to the north. A round stone tower near the midpoint of the cliffs, the tower was built in 1835 by Sir Cornelius O'Brien. From the cliffs and from atop the tower, visitors can see the Aran Islands in Galway Bay, the Maumturks and Twelve Pins mountain ranges to the north in County Galway, and Loop Head to the south.[5] The cliffs rank amongst the top visited tourist sites in Ireland, and receive almost one million visitors a year. Most impressive sheer cliff picture, what a perferct square nature created. Inspite of a slight tilted horizon, the photo has great sharpness and wqell lit.

Hello Asa,
A very difficult image to frame, but I think you made the right decision keeping the cliffs upright even if the far horizon is tilting, otherwise you would have lost a large part of what is a splendid image. The image is perfectly exposed and has excellent colours and clarity. Superb rendering of the textural detail in the cliff face.

A superb view of the so impressive cliffs . Superb shrapness , light and sky . A strong tilt for the horizon line , but that works quite well here .

Hello Asa,

my favourite place in the world!!! I visited cliffs of Moher several times but I'll be back soon.
The view is beautiful and also the colours.
The blue of the sky is the companion of to the green of the green of hte meadows.
THe colours of Ireland are always brights.

A grandiose view of the famous cliffs. I guess you were very careful when taking this photo, because it looks like a dangerous place. It's amazing how very straight the sides of the cliffs look, like the bay was cut out by a gigantic machine. You exposed this perfectly and the colors are very good.

I don't know why you the picture oblique place, with the horizon on this way, but I have respect for everyone his opinion.
Notwithstanding a very nice picture with the big Cliff in the water of the sea.

Hi Asa,

The distance between the cliff and the horizon is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the dtails of the cliff. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

These cliffs are absolutely breath-taking. Your photo is flawless and certainly gives us a sense of scale and awe. They are so untouched and wild. I can imagine the gales that have blown across these cliffs throughout the millennia, creating such spectacular shapes and textures. Wonderful shot.
