Green Tunnel, a photo from Clare, South

Photographer's Note

A country road near Spancill Hill, Co. Clare, Ireland.
I was driving through the rainy countryside when I spotted this view along the road. I set up the tripod and fired around 20 shots in different compositions using my long lens.
This is my favorite of the lot. It's a combiation of three exposures taken from one RAW at 214 mm.

Surely your efforts paid a good result, the light is very fantastic in the picture and very well adjusted, the view is very fine, the POV is great and well captured..thanks for sharing this lovely scene

This is a nice shot, the compression from the long glass works very well, pity about the lack of sky at the end of the tunnel tho, other than that it's perfect.

There's magic on that place. Tele lens bring well out the tubular form of this passage. Highlights and shadows well in control. Good composition too.

Hello Hauke! This is absolutely stunning, well-concieved, and well executed. The foreground edge is a little soft but it does not distract. The road is placed perfectly in the scene and leads our perfectly through the "tunnel"

Your title sums up this photo - what an impression it gives of a tunnel constructed by nature. Wonderful green colours throughout.
