Photographer's Note

This is a view of acient Rome from the Platino mound. The Colosseum towers in the background only to witness about how intelligent these old Romans might have been.
THIS is really history and a true place to feel it - even among all the tourists gathering here.

A good composition served with pastel colors. I like too the contrast which gives to theis picturean imression of sweetness;

a classic and very pleasant postcard. The lighting works really well on a perfectly balanced composition. Also the sky is 3-dimensional enough (without any PP, I suppose). Congratulations, Dario.

This is a great place to visit. You've got a great light and colours in this photo. Sharp and clear as well. What time of the day is this photo taken? Can't see any tourists!

Crisp details add to the sense of standing there with you and viewing the Colosseum from a distance. The ruins are alive in the glow of early spring.

Wonderful, historic place in the world. I was there a few years ago and I remembered the excitements accompanying me when I visited Forum Romanum. It was great when I walked between the ruins.
And I like your photo with the lovely colours, very good light and point of view you took it.
