come riesci a creare delle belle immagini di albe e tramonti!! Non sono mai immagini fine a se stesse, la luce non è mai fine a se stessa, ma è il giusto contorno per descrivere meglio qualcosa: questa skyline con campanili ed alberi è commovente.
Ma anche tu... che viaggi in auto all'alba!! eroico...!

The view from this highway point comes as a very nice surprise.
Very simple and striking composition, with strong colours of the sky and fine silhouette of the city dominated by the elegant towers.
IMHO, a bit of sharpening could be a good idea to enhance additionally a distincitive silhouette form.

My goodness you must have been up early to be already on the way at sunrise. The colours are stunning. I love how the deep blue gradually merges to yellow on the horizon. The diagonal silhouette works very well.

Ha,ha, too early, Paolo? Incredibly beautiful composition of the sillouetted foreground, that contrasts so well with that fascinating yellow. Amazing colors on this impressionist painting. Congrats on this image and good effort for keeping enough awake to make the capture :)))

many various shots in your gallery! Very interesting ones too!
I like the simplicity of this one. the colors are strong and beautiful and the shadow is nice too with what looks like a belltower dominating the scene. The edges are rather soft...Maybe you used Neatimage, or maybe you were driving too fast!!:D

Amazing hues and tones here, with the silhouetted hillside and towers really enhancing. I especially like the two character trees on the left that balance the frame, and also the slice of ocean we see on the right. A very fine artistic presentation. Have a good weekend.

The shadows of the town and trees against the yellow are tremendous (wish they were a nudge sharper) .. I am really attracted to the feel of this horizon and the beautiful tones in the high clouds .. wonderful.

The D40 does work better thqn the ixus when it comes to such views, very nice colors it has and beautiful skyline silhouette, pov and timing just great. Now you could crop most of the grey clouds and post it as a panoramic, would look great too I believe, but I like this version too.
