I took this shot in mountain during a very cold day, we had ice on all the pathway inspite of the sun.

Sorry if i'm not very active on TE in this very busy period, hope to be more present soon.

E' tornato il figliol prodigo, esultate è tornato! Grande professionalità nel nasconderci le tuo opere (oltre che nel perderle!)Impressionante muraglia di neve e ghiaccio, sento freddo solo al pensiero. Ma ad aprile come sarà? Bello il sentiero ghiacciato tra la staccionata e la parete naturale che scende e poi risale dopo un paio di lievi curve. Dal sole sembra si sia staccato un raggio. Colori intensi, composizione perfetta, buon contrasto, brava ad evitare pericolose sottoesposizioni (con tutto quel bianco).

Ciao Ale, nice to see a new photo from you. Good perspective for this composition of the winter landscape, in which the backlight effect from the opposing sun quite enhances the cold setting, as well as the icy textures of the slope at the left. Good shot.

What a photo! Beautiful colours, shapes and shadows, lights and darks. Would be interested to see this shot in B&W and without the jet contrail (which looks a little like a shooting star but I think takes a tiny bit from the overall composition). An stunning shot - congratulations!!

Ciao Alessandra, bentornata!! Bellissima immagine, emblematica per questo inverno gelido! Paticolarmente spettacolare è la prospettiva della strada fiammeggiante ("sendero luminoso" come titolo sarebbe probabilmente troppo di cattivo gusto ...)

Anche in pieno controluce hai saputo mantenere i colori saturi come piace a te, questa di sicuro non potevi farla con la macchina gialla, rossa e blu... o sì?

what a great atmosphere you've captured here.. tyhe strong fence leading the eye, perfectly along the tree... the colors are bright as always....

what a nice place we have had the snow here this year... i would love to see the mountains of italy like this...

Hi Alessandra. I must say, it is not easy to go against the sun but this picture has come out really really good. I love the dark shadows and tones here. and the blue sky is also extremely good. I like your perpective and frame of shot.
