I really enjoyed your idea for this picture and I think the visual results are quite interesting and pretty attractive!
Sharpness, exposure, pov, black & white for the picture and for the borders, vertical format, pp, contrasts and composition are all excellent here!
The architectural details, that single statue and the moon in the sky... they all look perfect in this image!
