The St Antimo Abbey, a sple,did Roman edifice, is a Benedict monasteryn located in Tuscany, in the Val d'Orcia.
The Abbey have been founded to the IXe century.

Magnifique architecture où le cypré semble être collé sur le campanile de l'abbaye.

Bonsoir Roger,

La Toscane est décidément bien belle, à l'image de l'église présentée ici, malgré tout différente du roman visible en Belgique, ce qui ajoute encore à son charme.
Le pré à l'avant-plan donne une belle profondeur à l'ensemble. Les couleurs et tonalités sonnent juste. Joli boulot.

Hi Roger,

A wonderful composition where you make very good use of the lighting the abbey really stands out. Maybe the cyress is too tall and dominating by your positioning of it is excellent. Also excellent sharpness and very natural colours. TFS and have a nice evening!

Tuscany...that's a place I would like to visit. I've seen beautiful photos from that part of the world and I must say yours is not different. The exposure was well managed and the vertical format is the best option. Very attractive one!

Hello Roger,
I like the view of stone abbey; the grasses, the hill behind and cloudy sky above. Colors are so natural and soft. I also like vertical cadrage, it look nice with the long tree (cypress maybe?) and the long tower just behind.

una eccellente composizione nella quale tu hai dato molto spazio al FG ottenendo così una piacevole profondità di campo. Bella la luce dell'Abbazia in contrasto con il cielo nuvoloso. Bravo!

Je partage ta choix de réserver un grande espace au pré au plan rapprochè, ce qui donne beaucoup de profondeur au cadrage.

Bonsoir Roger,

Les arbres et la montagnes cadrent bien l'abbaye. La prise de vue permet de distinguer les détails et les couleurs de l'architecture de l'abbaye de Saint-Attimo. La présence des personnes a un effet d'échelle de grandeur. Le ciel nuageux donne un bon contraste aux couleurs. Bonne soirée.

you have captured this wonderful tuscany castle in a very good light and with fine sharpness. The vertical composition is great with the green in the foreground and the clouded sky in the background. Hello Roger,
A fine composition of this lovely monastery with its attendant yew tree. The vertical format is well chosen to suit the subject. The lush foreground grass makes a lovely contrast with the warm tones of the architecture. Very good sharpness.

Bonjour Roger Je trouve ce ciel parfaitement adapté à la teinte de la pierre.Personnellement j'aurais inscrit cette image dans le format carré afin d'avoir un premier de vert moins important,mais peut-être voulait-tu intégrer le fleurs jaunes sur la droite.

une belle abbaye, plantée qui plus est dans un décor naturel fort agréable, calme et reposant (se retirer pour prier, remarque, c'est l'idée qui anime la construction d'une abbaye).
un bon POV avec la moitié quasi de l'image occupée en 1er plan par l'herbe.

Il magnifie une capture de cette abbaye précieuse romane, de très bon POV avec l'angle de la tour et des absides, le cyprès et les personnes donnent la proportion de la magnificence du monument. Il me plaît, le champ d'herbe et les fleurs sauvages dans dans un angle gauche. Le bel ensemble.

Bonjour Roger,
j'aime les lumières douces de cette scène et comme tu le devines, ce magnifique ciel menaçant bien capturer. Une photo dont je ferais bien un poster tellement on se sent dans cette ambiance champêtre.
Au fait, merci pour les conseils au sujet de la Zélande, je vais étudier cela. Je m'y rends en reconnaissance le 31 aout.

Bellissima composizione di questa antica ed elegante abbazia immersa nel verde. Una luce brillante e colori vivi rendono molto gradevole l'immagine. Mi piace come hai dato molto spazio all'erba creando così un bell'effetto prospettico. Ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista.
