This is a characteristic view of Chioggia. This is "Canal Vena" with the church of S.Andrea. The belltower is a tower very ancient. On the left of the photo you can see red curtains: it's the fish market.

I like this view, as to the composition - I think there is an excess of sky, probably panorama would work better here;
